Immaculate and cozy

It is a very immaculate and cozy property inside and outside. The bed in the bedroom as well as the sofa bed are so comfortable! The water pressure in the shower… Great!! Kitchen and laundry room are very easy to find your way around. The host has “everything” you will need for an enjoyable stay. The sunrise and landscape outside is spectacular! Plenty of really good eateries in Cottonwood and activities in Sedona. Be sure to take a look at the binders that the Host carefully put information in that is very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat but it’s not far away from activities in and around Cottonwood. If I go back to Cottonwood I’ll definitely stay there again!!
