From the moment we arrived, we never wanted to leave! We could tell that Nancy and Roger had spent considerable time creating a welcoming, comfortable space – and they succeeded. This is a terrific property. It is on a par with 5-star hotel suites. The apartment was spotless, well organized and stocked. And two bookshelves fully stocked with these easy vacation reads! The view is spectacular from the top of hill. Sitting out by the fire pit, catching the mountain sun and watching the horses graze across the valley was so idyllic and relaxing. It is a very immaculate and cozy property inside and outside. The bed in the bedroom as well as the sofa bed are so comfortable! The water pressure in the shower… Great!! Kitchen and laundry room are very easy to find your way around. The host has “everything” you will need for an enjoyable stay. The sunrise and landscape outside is spectacular! Nancy‘s place is incredible! My mom and I spent a lot of time in the backyard and the living room couches were really comfortable. It’s an easy drive to Sedona, and we loved exploring Cottonwood area as well. Nancy was super responsive as a host, and gave us extra coffee cups when we ran out. I would definitely recommend staying in the space if you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The accommodations were beautifully appointed and immaculate. Since we were there for eight days, the washer and dryer were also greatly appreciated. The setting was very peaceful, and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard and looking out on the desert and mountain landscapes. The location, a short distance from Sedona afforded us a quiet respite at the end of the day. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

This place was exceptional! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs, spices and coffee. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and modern. Outside was peaceful with great views! Nancy was very helpful and responsive and truly wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Definitely recommend this to others as a wonderful place to stay!

The unit is fantastic! Sparkling clean, modern, and exactly as pictured! This property is stunning, with mountain view‘s in every direction. My husband and I enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the luscious outdoor patio. We also enjoyed the corn hole set that was available to us! Inside of the unit was perfect and cozy!
