Why We Do What We Do
We have lived in the Verde Valley 18 years and love to travel. My husband, Roger, is retired from air traffic control, real estate appraising, and most recently from driving a school bus. I was also a real estate appraiser and did framing of art and photography. We have 9 children between us. Since our lovely home is in such a choice location we decided to share its charm with others who wish to travel to this area and enjoy what we have.

There is room to play corn hole by the lower retaining wall with lights for evenings. Just outside the door is a restful patio with chairs and a table for morning coffee and an excellent place to watch a sunrise. There are two TV’s, a 55” in the living area and a 46” in the bedroom for streaming only. We have provided books and a variety of games for down time. Also provided is information on wine tours, sightseeing, restaurant recommendations and hopefully enough activities here to keep you occupied during your stay. We have a 28/10 fiber optic Internet system with WiFi that can support all your internet needs including Zoom.
